These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the AI-generated pool design tool provided by Crystal Pools ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
This site allows you to upload a photo of your backyard and receive AI-generated pool design concepts based on that photo, along with the option to request a consultation. The designs produced are illustrative concepts only and do not constitute final architectural plans, engineering drawings, or guaranteed pricing.
By uploading a photo and submitting your contact information, you confirm that you own the property shown or have permission to submit the photo, and that the contact details you provide are accurate. You consent to Crystal Pools contacting you regarding your submission, including by phone, email, or text message, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated designs are provided for inspiration and planning purposes. Actual pool construction is subject to site evaluation, permitting, local regulations, soil conditions, and a separate agreement with Crystal Pools. Final pricing, feasibility, and design details will be confirmed during a consultation.
If you choose to pay a deposit to book a consultation, the terms of that deposit (including refundability) will be presented to you at the time of payment. Please review those terms carefully before completing payment.
All content on this site, excluding photos you upload, is the property of Crystal Pools or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
This site and the designs it generates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Crystal Pools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on AI-generated designs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
